Wonderful experience from beginning to end. The owner was amazing and came to the house for a consultation and brainstorming for a custom request. All staff was great from Michelle in the showroom, to the templater and the installer. Everyone was friendly,kind, and knowledgeable . Will definitely be a repeat customer for the next project .

Researched a few companies before finding The Granite Shop. I went in with a very specific color scheme that was hard to find. I also had enough Sq footage to need 2 slabs. Ann knew exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock to see in person! The staff was very accomodating during the planning and installation. Typhone Bordeaux is a beautifully warm stone with Character and shine. Couldn't be happier!
Everyone at the Granite Shop was incredible. They were very easy to work with and had a great selection of countertops. Kelly was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with on our kitchen project and everything was done on time with no delays. The installers did a fantastic job and were very neat and on time. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a countertop contractor. They even sent us a thank you letter for having them do our kitchen.
Such a great all-around experience with The Granite Shop! Kelly was incredible - she felt like family from the get-go. I went in looking for a basic white quartz and it was her “have you considered granite?” that opened up a whole new world for me. As soon as she took me back and I laid eyes on their stunning slabs of granite I knew I was in love! My countertops (I chose “Taupe”) are the centerpiece of my little kitchen. I adore them!!! and so does everyone who comes over. I still can’t believe they were actually less expensive than the quartz I was looking at! From start to finish, The Granite Shop was fantastic and I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for countertops. (Sidenote: there’s 1 seam - if you can find it your eyesight is better than any of my friends’!)
The Granite Shop in NF is the best out there. Rachel, Ann n Chris are amazing to work with. We had them install granite kitchen counter tops, a huge 5' x 8' island and 3 bathrooms counter tops.The 1 piece island slab took 4 guys to roll it in and install it onto the island cabinets. The installers were great to work with and ask questions. We have told our family and friends to see them after they've wasted time at the depot, lowes or any other granite stores.5 stars isn't enough. Selecting the perfect material for your project. We have a great selection of material onsite and have access to virtually any material through our distribution partners. Granite Countertop’s are a perfect choice for the home kitchen or bathroom. This distinct advantage of Granite is its durability in the kitchen and its resistance to staining. Granite being a natural stone will need to be sealed based on the material selected and our team will go over this with you. Quartz countertops are a very popular choice for both residential and commercial applications. Quartz countertops are a great choice if you are looking for a low maintenance surface. You will need to be a bit more careful with heat exposure, harsh chemical exposure and UV light exposure due to polymers used to adhere the quartz minerals together. In recent years the Calcutta quartz and Carrara quartz colors have provided the ability to have the look of these marbles in the kitchen without the issues that can come from marbles in the kitchen. Marble Countertops today are commonly used in bathrooms and accent areas around the home. Marbles are limestone based so they do not react well with harsh chemicals and acids.
The Granite Shop Onsite Template
The onsite templating process will firm up the project and allows our team to go over the specifics of your project with you. We template all of the area that we will be surfacing your cabinets and review items like overhangs and backsplash options. We review entryways and any other factors that may affect installation. This step is essential to ensuring installation is as smooth as possible and all required equipment is onsite at install. All materials and appliances need to be onsite at template. Faucets, sinks, appliances must all be onsite so they can be measured for template. If they are not onsite then issues can arise at install and that is never good for anyone.

We have invested in state of the art stone fabrication equipment. We use robot technology to fabricate your countertops with 99.99999% accuracy to template data collection. This ensures that your countertops are perfect every time. Our team polishes and seals all edging for that perfect finish.
The Granite Shop Professional Installation
It’s installation day! Most countertop installs take less than a day. Our team already knows exactly what is needed from template so the installers arrive prepped and ready for installation. Your countertops will be installed and reviewed with you upon completion. The installer will go over everything with you and answer any questions you may have.

Material Warranty. When you select various man-made materials, these materials may come with a warranty. It will be the purchaser’s responsibility to understand the warranty terms. Our team will help you follow up and execute on warranty related issues. Natural stones being made by nature do not come with a warranty.
Installation Warranty. We warranty our service for a period of 1 year from installation. A defect in installation of the countertop will be apparent in the first year. We will come to the installation site and review the issue. If found to be an installation defect we will collect the details needed to address the situation and schedule a time to complete the repair. After that year contact us as we will provide a service call on all our installed countertops at our preferred customer rate.
